Massimo Giovannini

Managing Partner/ Chairman – Monaco

Massimo began his Maritime career in the early 90’s starting as a Ship Broker followed by working as an Operations Assistant with a Ship Operator in New York. Since then, he has gained experience in this field through rising positions in Operations, Chartering and Management in the NY and Monaco office, and is now the Managing Director of Sogemm SAM in Monaco and the Managing Partner of the TST Group. Formal Maritime studies were with SUNY Maritime College in Ft. Schuyler, NY and Middlesex University, London. Massimo is a Board Member and the Secretary of the Propeller Club of Monaco and a Board Member of the Chamber of Shipping Monaco.


Milind Trilokekar 


– Armonk, NY

With over four decades of maritime expertise, Milind Trilokekar stands at the helm of the Group's drybulk fleet operations under the TST umbrella. A Licensed Master Mariner of unlimited tonnage, Milind's vast experience encompasses a multitude of facets within the maritime sector. Based in Armonk, NY, Milind's leadership is marked by a hands-on approach and a deep commitment to the New York - Stamford shipping community. As a Board Member of A.S.B.A., Milind actively contributes to shaping the future of shipping in the region. His dedication to the industry is further exemplified by his active participation in various maritime initiatives and his continuous efforts to drive excellence within the Group.


MaryBeth Duncan

Chief Financial Officer – Monaco

MaryBeth has more than 25 years’ experience in the Shipping industry developing expertise in the areas of operations, documentation, banking, sale and purchase, and in the primary focus of ship finance and accounting. MaryBeth is a Certified Public Accountant well versed in meeting US and International reporting requirements, as well as the customized needs of institutional investors in the Shipping industry. She is responsible for the Group’s accounting and finance functions based in the Monaco office. Studies also include a BA in Language and Literature and MBA studies at FSU in the United States. MaryBeth is a founding Board Member and the Treasurer of WISTA Monaco.

Sven Delija

Commercial Director – Monaco

Sven started his shipping career with the large shipbroking company Clarksons in their office in Genoa, Italy after graduating from the IULM University in Milan, Italy. After a couple years of training with Clarksons, he joined TST in their Monaco office where he has been responsible for the commercial activities of the group including securing employment and cargoes for TST’s fleet of vessels.


Michele Carbone

Technical Director – Monaco

Michele Carbone is the Technical Director at the Monaco office, with over 15 years of experience in shipping. As a Naval Architect educated in Genova (DINAV) and Trondheim (NTNU), Michele began their career as a consultant in the passenger and ro-ro segment before transitioning to technical management of bulk carriers. Currently, Michele supervises technical managers, ensuring fleet performance and maintenance meet owners' standards and align with commercial operations and the group's strategic vision. Additionally, Michele oversees post-fixing/operation activity, acting as a link between all departments involved in ship management.


The fleet’s Commercial, Operations and Accounting requirements are covered by way of the company’s offices in Monaco, Monte Carlo (Sogem S.A.M) and New York (Triworld Shipping Services, Inc).   A professional staff of 11 shipping and financial professionals keep the fleet running 24/7 on a worldwide basis
