Managing Partner/ Chairman Monaco
Massimo began his maritime career in the early 90s as a ship broker and operations assistant in New York. He later gained experience in operations, chartering, and management in NY and Monaco. He is now the Managing Director of Sogemm SAM and Managing Partner of TST Group. Massimo studied at SUNY Maritime College and Middlesex University. He is a Board Member and Secretary of the Propeller Club of Monaco and a Board Member of the Chamber of Shipping Monaco.

Armonk, NY
Milind is the CEO of the Group and the President of Triworld Shipping, based in Armonk, New York. A licensed Master Mariner with over four decades of maritime expertise, he brings extensive experience in various maritime facets to the team. Milind is a Board Member of A.S.B.A. and actively contributes to the New York - Stamford shipping community. His formal education includes MS from SUNY, Ft. Schuyler, MBA from Mercy College, plus various Executive education programs from Harvard Business School.

MaryBeth Duncan
Chief Financial Officer Monaco
MaryBeth has over 25 years’ experience in the shipping industry, specializing in operations, documentation, banking, and ship finance and accounting. A Certified Public Accountant, she meets US and international reporting requirements and oversees the Group’s accounting and finance in Monaco. MaryBeth holds a BA in Language and Literature and pursued MBA studies at FSU. She is a founding Board Member and Treasurer of WISTA Monaco.

Commercial Director Monaco
Sven started his shipping career with the large shipbroking company Clarksons in their office in Genoa, Italy after graduating from the IULM University in Milan, Italy. After a couple years of training with Clarksons, he joined TST in their Monaco office where he has been responsible for the commercial activities of the group including securing employment and cargoes for TST’s fleet of vessels.

Technical Director Monaco
Michele is the Technical Director at the Monaco office with over 15 years of shipping experience. A Naval Architect educated in Genova and Trondheim, Michele started as a consultant in the passenger and ro-ro segment before moving to technical management of bulk carriers. Michele supervises technical managers, ensures fleet performance, and oversees post-fixing operations, aligning with the group's strategic vision.
